These Baby Herman's Tortoise for sale are just about the size of a quarter. These are Captive born and bred here in the United States. All of our baby Herman's tortoises are feeding well on mixed greens and finely chopped vegies. 

• This is a small Mediterranean species that can be seen on the ocean beaches. Wonderful beginner tortoises for indoor enclosures. This species stays small, achiving a maximum size of 8" making them a perfect candidate for indoor enclosures.

• Origin: Captive Bred
• Size: Currently 1-2 inches. Adults reaching up to 8 inches 
• Natural Range: Southern Europe. Yugoslavia, Italy, Albania, Greece, and The Balkans
